1. Southern Hot Spring Park
This is a resort that features a natural environment, with landscapes and cultural attractions and many tourists appreciate it yearly. Constructed in 1927, the park is made around the hot springs, which were discovered by the Ming Dynasty.

The monument, which represents the commercial center of the Yuzhong district, exists since 1940, but it was made from wood at first. The monument is 27.5 meters high and tourists can climb to its top, because it has a ladder. You can visit this objective everyday at any hour and the visitation is free of charge. 3. Three Gorges Museum
The museum is located in the western part of People’s Square. Being opened for visitations since 2005, the building is a museum of art and history, with more than one hundred seventy thousand artifacts. These numbers make this zoo one of the biggest national ones. There are three Exhibition Halls, an International Academic Hall and an Audiences Activity Center.
4. The Zoo of the City
The Zoo was founded in 1955, it is located in the western suburbs, and awesome mountains circle it. The most attractive part of the zoo is the panda house. Forty five hectares of land host six thousand animals. The scenery is astonishing.
5. Dazu Rock Carvings
Dazu Rock Carvings consist of fifty thousand statues and one hundred thousand Chinese characters, in seventy five protected sites. The carvings and religious sculptures come from the seventh century AD and they belong to Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism.
